A very informative night at Geelong Marine World with Haines Hunter, Lonestar, Boatcatch, and Happy Fisherman Adventures. John from Haines Hunter started the night by welcoming everyone and also welcoming Geelong Marine World as a new Haines Hunter Dealer.
Malki then took over and gave us a great presentation of Lonestar Anchor winches and explained why they are the leading electric drum winch manufacturer in Australia, or maybe worldwide.
The talk continued with Barry from Boatcatch, explaining the benefits of having a boat catch on your boat and actually showed the high quality of the unit that Boatcatch offers.
Then, the Happy Fisherman crew started their presentation by giving the kids and women a Happy Fisherman shirt. They also gave out some vouchers and a few giveaways before starting their presentation. The fishing enthusiasts got to find out what is baiting at the moment, where and how to target them. Additionally, there was a full presentation of the underwater gadget that they use to film all the underwater footage you see in the TV show. SeaVu just received a global award for innovation in the video and adventure category, and we were the first to find out about it.
Another point worth mentioning is that all of the brands we mentioned above are the best in the industry and they are all proudly made in Australia.
To close the night, there were lots more giveaways, and Geelong Marine World made sure no one left empty-handed. There was also food and drinks supplied, and even on a cold night like yesterday, beer was still enjoyable.
